JOB PURPOSE
What is the main purpose or objective of the job; and what will it contribute to the overall business of the company.
- Appointing new partners / Digital aggregators in the territory from existing entities working in distance education, upskilling, Test prep institutes (CAT / MAT/ SSC), Associated institutes like fashion design / Air Hostess etc.
- Appointing key partners like Ed tech players with bigger team sizes like 20 to 100 and more and efficient offline and online lead generation machinery.
- Working closely with the partners in strategizing lead generation activities (offline & online), nurturing, target setting, monitoring and achievement.
- Working closely with partner counsellors in association with Unext coordinator in day-to-day conversion, Target achievement, issue resolution
- Overseeing partners month on month invoicing and pay outs
- Needs to be target oriented on daily, weekly, monthly and batch basis
· Use of various sales methods ( cold calling, presentations ,client meetings direct selling etc) to acquire learner.
· Developing strategies for learner acquisition gathering customer insights and Generating leads for sales
· Building strong relationship with key accounts
· Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of product and sales.
· Analysing market trends and competitors activity and formulating strategies to respond to these.
· Preferred industry ed tech, telecom, fintech and insurance.

Qualification and Experience:
Any Graduate/ post graduates with minimum 3+ field sales experience. Cold Calling Experience, Lead Generation, Field Sales, Direct Sales.
